Amir Ofek


Amir Ofek has over 20 years of experience in the hi-tech industry. Prior to Alcide, Amir was President and CEO at CyberInt, where he led the company’s fast growth in the cybersecurity MDR space. Before, he worked at Amdocs (NASDAQ:DOX), where he served as VP Client Business Executive for the SingTel Group, based in Singapore, and as the Chief of Staff of Amdocs CEO. He was also a board director at Gilat Satellite Networks (NASDAQ:GILT).
Amir is a Captain (res.) in the IDF 8200 unit, and holds BSc. in IT Engineering (Cum Laude) from the Technion and an MBA from INSEAD.

Gadi Naor

CTO & Co-Founder

Gadi Naor has 15 years of experience in developing and leading the development of cyber security products including at CheckPoint, at which he was Business Development Manager in his last role. Gadi then joined Altor Networks, a pioneer in virtualized data center security, later acquired by Juniper Networks. Prior to Alcide, Gadi co-founded Fitfully, at which he served as CTO. Gadi holds a B.A in Computer Science from the Technion Institute of Technology.

Karine Regev

VP Marketing

Karine brings over 15 years of experience in B2B technology companies with a strong focus on the security market. Prior to Alcide Karine was Director of Marketing at Aqua Security, where she was responsible for channel marketing, demand generation and was part of a team creating the ‘container technology wiki’, the world’s largest resource for containerized architecture. Karine also held the position as Director of Marketing at BioCatch, the leading behavioral biometric company as well as various marketing managerial roles at Comsec Group and Mobixell, which was acquired by Flash Networks. Karine holds a B.A. in International Affairs from the American University of Paris and MBA from Ono Academic college.  

Adam Wolman

VP Sales International

Adam Wolman leads Alcide’s sales and partner management. He brings more than 20 years of sales and channel experience with innovative technologies. In his role, he directs the go-to-market strategy and the end-to-end sales process to successfully penetrate and grow new territories, build and nurture a partners’ network and accelerate the company’s footprint. Prior to joining Alcide, he held sales management roles at CyberX, Windward and Aeronautics. Mr. Wolman holds a Bsc. in Computer Engineering (Cum Laude) from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology.

Adi Sapir


With over 30 years of experience in the Israeli high-tech industry, Adi brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise spanning from embedded networking systems to large cloud native and big-data applications. Adi has proven track record operating globally as an engineering executive in several Israeli start-ups, as well as in global technology companies including Motorola, Siemens, and Marvell. Adi specializes in creating high quality, large scale software systems providing continuous highly available service to customers.

Adi holds BSc and MSc degrees in Computer Science from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology and Tel-Aviv University.

Yaniv Peleg Tsabari

Sr. Director of Product Management

Yaniv brings over 14 years of experience in B2B technology companies with a strong focus on the security market. Prior to Alcide Yaniv was Director of Product at Imperva, where he was responsible for the Data Security product line. Yaniv brings with him leadership and expertise supporting enterprise customers and driving complex projects. Yaniv holds a BSc in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Ben-Gurion University, Israel.

Alex DeLaRosa

VP Sales North America

Alex Delarosa brings over 27 years of selling enterprise-level software with a proven track record of exceeding goals and accomplishing tasks. Alex has spent a number of years at Borland, Microfocus, Tripwire, Puppet and most recently at Twistlock. Skilled in Sales, Partner Relationship Management, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Go-to-market Strategy, and Professional Services. Alex holds a B.A in Psychology from FIU.
